Ready to ship items will be shipped out the following business day. We ship via USPS with insurance and tracking. Please let us know if you'd like signature required for your parcel.
International Shipping
International orders will be shipped via USPS flat rate with tracking. International custom fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Custom and Backordered Items
Items that are made to order or are back ordered will take time to create. Generally, items take 1-3 weeks for us to fulfill, but can often times be quicker. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order during our production process. Custom orders are not returnable.
Returns and Exchanges
Would you like to return one of your items? No problem!
We offer full refunds for non-custom orders within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition with tags still attached.
